Postage & Mailing
Invitations sets using the pocket fold and the matching A7 size mailing envelope can be mailed via USPS First Class Mail (2 to 3 business days) as a Letter with a "non-machinable" surcharge for around $1.35 per set depending on final shipping weight (up to 3.5 oz). Postage should include the "non-machinable" option to prevent the mailpieces from being fed through sorting machines that would forcibly bend and therefore potentially damage the rigid acrylic invitation pieces enclosed.
See the following page (Sections 1.1 & 1.2) on the USPS website for more information regarding physical standards (weight and dimension limits) for mailpieces being sent as a letter. Before purchasing postage or stamps, it is strongly recommended to visit a local USPS post office in person with an fully assembled, ship-ready invitation set to confirm shipping weight and appropriate postage required for mailing.
